At Trendgum, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is satisfying and worry-free. We understand that sometimes things don't work out — and that’s okay. Below is our return and refund policy, crafted to be clear, fair, and customer-centric.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition – unused, unwashed, and free of damage.
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Change of Mind
  • Rejecting Upon Receiving
  • Returns with no solid reason

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at trendgumltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
  3. Securely pack your item and include the RAN inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at +13073105808 or trendgumltd@gmail.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us directly.
